Case law has it that if a landlord or tenant, expressly or by implication, consigned the whole conduct and management of the reversion and of the tenancy to agents on their behalf the acts done in relation to the tenancy as between the respective agents would be as validly done as if they had been done between the landlord and the tenant themselves.
