Acting for Special Occasions*, the well-respected greeting
cards retailer, I negotiated acquisition of a new lease at
39 The Shires, Trowbridge, for a term of 10 years from
October 2008.
*Special
Occasions is an award-winning family owned and
run company with 14 shops in the Cotswold and Welsh Border
areas. They sell greetings cards and a wide range of gifts
in all their shops and Thorntons chocolates in 12 of
the shops. I have acted for the company for many
years, since it had 4 shops.
