Created in 1971, I have a massive database of shop rents
and town centre facts, enhanced by accurate and
confidential information provided by landlords, retailers
and a network of reliable contacts.
Whilst I don't claim to know about everything that is
happening in every area, my ability to gather evidence
quickly and consider the situation from a familiar
perspective will be good for you.
Verifying the integrity of evidence is important; a story
behind every agreement, it is by no means unusual for facts
to be hidden. To be able to check the history of a lease
can provide negotiating advantages for you.
I am client-oriented, regardless of where the property is,
