Direct services include negotiating rent reviews and lease
renewals, arbitration submissions, act as expert witness,
second opinions, resolving tenancy management problems;
administering applications for licences to assign, change
the user, carry out alterations, etc; asset management,
investment sale, acquisition and appraisal, negotiating
buying freehold for tenants,
Indirect services, where I sub-contract work to trusted
associates and project manage the instruction, include
schedule of dilapidations, open market letting, and selling
by auction.
